We had a really fun visit to the Zoo at the beginning of October. We went with Bruce, Lisa, Carly and Ashley. It was Native American day at the Zoo, and of course Bridget loved it! She got a cornhusk doll and we watched them do several traditional dances.
It's fun at the zoo anytime you go, but this day was particularly good because it was a little cooler. When it's cooler the animals move around a little more..the kids loved that!
The Bellands were staying at a campground near the Zoo, so after the Zoo we went to the campground to eat and celebrate Brian's 40th birthday. There was an awesome jumping pillow there - all 8 of us got on it and jumped around. Brian and Bruce thought it was funny to jump close to the kids...well, Brian in particular thought it was funny. :) The kids had fun playing outside and inside the camper (Bridget and Dillon think it's especially cool inside the camper).
These girls rock!! We didn't plan it, but both their shirts said that. :)
Is he standing on the building?
Those silly daddys!
